About your hosts
Jeff and Anne, married for 38 years, purchased Dune Dreams in 2019. Living in Minnesota, they have two grown children and a grandson. Jeff is enjoying retirement, and Anne works remotely. Dune Dreams, our snowbird home, is a place we're excited to share with you soon!

What to Expect at Dune Dreams
We love to plan vacations! To help you plan your upcoming Dune Dreams vacation, here's some information that can help as you plan, pack, and dream...
Dune Dreams provides:
- Beach chairs, beach toys, beach towels, umbrella and cooler are available for your use.
- Free wifi, board games, DVDs, paperback books.
- Fully equipped kitchen, including 2 crockpots, griddle, blender, ice maker and more!
- Parking passes for our two free dedicated parking spaces are provided to you inside the unit.
- Complimentary can koozies are provided to guests and are our gift to our guests. Please take them home with you!
Dune Dreams also provides a starter pack of the following supplies:
- Coffee grounds for drip style coffee pot
- Coffee filters
- Salt and Pepper
- 2 trash bags in every trashcan
- 3 laundry pods
- 3 dryer sheets
- 3 dishwasher pods
- 1 new kitchen sponge
- 1 small bottle of liquid dish soap
- 1 roll paper towels
- 4 rolls of individually wrapped toilet paper
- 2 small bars of soap
Navarre Grocery Shopping
We suggest that you don't waste valuable vacation time grocery shopping! Order your groceries online ahead of time for pick up or delivery.

Checkout Instructions
We hate to see you go but all good vacations must come to an end. Please plan to come back soon!
- Bag up and remove all garbage, including food and dispose of in the complex dumpsters.
- Place dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start it up.
- Place dirty towels and bedsheets and place in laundry area. Bonus points if you start a load of towels!
- Call or text our cleaning crew as you leave so that they can get begin cleaning.
- Grab our business card and take some for your friends too!
- Take home your complimentary can koozies.
- Safe travels and thank you for choosing Dune Dreams!
Please note that 100% of the cleaning fee goes towards our cleaning crew. While our checkout time is firm, there are no firm rules for checkout, but these are the things that help our cleaner get done on time, help us keep the cleaning fee under the local market value for our rental and may allow for future early check-ins. We (and our cleaner) really appreciate anything guests can do to help.
